Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound and mindfulness. Elizabeth Whiter, qualified sound healing practitioner, is bringing holistic wellness to Ridgeview for a calming Sound Bath and mindfulness movement workshop on Thursday 20 June. Surrounded by the serene vista of our vineyard, Elizabeth will guide you through mindful movement, creative meditation and Gong Bath Soundscapes. The experience will conclude with an alfresco vegetarian lunch at The Rows & Vine restaurant, complete with a glass of Ridgeview. The perfect way to reconnect and feel restored in mind and body for the weekend ahead.
Suitable for 16+ and all abilities welcome. Light breakfast included on arrival and refreshments provided.
What to bring: A yoga mat, head cushion, warm blanket and water bottle. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, trainers, and warm layers.
About Elizabeth: Elizabeth Whiter is an accredited and professional complementary therapist and professional gong player with the College of Sound Healing. Over the years she has performed at the London Mind Body Soul Exhibition, OM Yoga Show, Wellness retreats, and Gong Master Training and has appeared on BBC1 for World Yoga Day.
